Dunescape
This is a beautiful gated communitiy with homes built in the high rolling dunes. The multi-acre amenity area includes a pool, clubhouse, tennis and volley ball courts and beach access.Residence can choose from oceanfront, waterway or dunes homes.

Pointe West
This neighborhood is known for its distinctive Cap Cod style of architecture. It is unique in that the community has both beach access and waterway access.

Holden Beach West
When the state road comes to an end and you see the gaurd gate, you’ll be there. Luxury homes and quaint cottages share privacy and an especially wide expanse of beach.
